The day is Om Nom's tenth birthday, and Om Nelle and Nibble Nom just finished preparing his birthday cake. Upon giving it to him, Om Nelle proceeds to give Om Nom his birthday present; Nibble Nom then opens it, revealing a pop-up book recounting previous events. When Nibble Nom opens the book, the pages fly out. After finishing the book and having a few slices of the cake, it is bedtime for Nibble Nom. Om Nom and Nelle tuck him in bed for the night.
